Just mix the nuts, seeds and dried fruits of your choice plus add some rice syrup and almond butter. I also popped in some dark chocolate chips. These granola bars are so quick to make, healthy and delicious. Great for a breakfast or a healthy snack. If you love fruits, a fruit salad in a jar is a great option for your healthy breakfast. Just cut your favorite fruits in pieces and put it in a jar. Awesome breakfast on the go! Ice cream for breakfast? Well almost 🙂 Take an ice cream cone and fill it up with fruit of your choice, put a large table spoon of yogurt on, and top it off with more fruit. You can eat this on the way to school or work. Here are few healthy breakfast ideas
1. Curry with chapatti
You can have any curry cooked in healthy fats like avocado oil, olive oil or any nutty oil. Chapatti shouldn’t be bigger than 6”

2. Boiled egg whites
Two boiled egg whites with an apple and a slice of whole wheat bread or bran bread

3. Nutty butter with fruit
Any French toast made without sugar can be taken. Topped with any nutty butter like peanut butter or almond butter, served with strawberries or bananas and at the end sprinkled with chia seeds

4. Vegetable omelette

The most creamy green fruit avocado, the most hearty friendly along with egg is best for weight loss too. Add a little lemon sprinkle some salt and pepper. A simple diabetes-friendly breakfast recommended is a plate of eggs and avocado on whole-grain toast.

10. Egg white omelette
Make egg white omelette with vegetables.

The key is to eat by calorie counting. Eat healthy, walk every day and use healthy fats.

Today I’m sharing 4 super easy and healthy 5-minute breakfast recipes that you can make Monday-Friday in a pinch!

5 Ingredient Oat Pancakes
(serves 1)
1/4 cup oat flour (made from Bob’s Red Mill gluten free rolled oats).
1 medium ripe banana
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract’
pinch sea salt
coconut oil spray for cooking.
On a non stick skillet on med-high heat, cook for 2-3 min/side until golden.

Toppings:
Sliced banana
raw sunflower seeds
maple syrup

Breakfast Tostadas
(serves 1)
1 egg
1 small white corn soft tortilla
1/2 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill nutritional yeast
2 tbsp refried beans from can
Coconut oil spray for cooking

Toppings:
1/4 ripe avocado sliced
1 tbsp salsa

Raspberry Almond Butter Chia Toast
(Serves 1)
2 slices multigrain or Ezekiel bread
1-2 tbsp salted almond butter
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Toppings:
