One of the questions I get quite often is how do you give up bread on the Atkins Diet, and my point is you don’t have have to. I learned this bread from Book, my Atkins Diet Drill Sergeant about 4 years ago. It is perhaps more English Muffin than bread or bun tasting, but it is good tasting. It’s tastes like a course ground wheat muffin, perfect for a sausage or egg.

Hello There Friends, Today I’m going to show you friends how to make a Caesar Salad from Scratch! Everything From the Dressing to the Croutons. You can make it all easily at home and make on the most famous salads on the planet! Let me know what you think in the comments below!
Welcome to YAMAM4US! In this video, We’ll show you how to make an easy Caesar salad with a classic homemade dressing. This Caesar salad recipe is perfect for a quick and delicious meal. Join us in the kitchen as we whip up this tasty and satisfying dish together. Don’t forget to subscribe to my channel for more mouthwatering recipes!
Ingredients:
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 cup of croutons
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of Caesar dressing
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For dressing:
2-3 anchovy fillets, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and pat it dry. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the lettuce in the salad bowl. Toss the lettuce gently to coat it evenly with the dressing.
4. Add the croutons to the salad bowl and toss them with the dressed lettuce.
5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
6. Serve the Caesar salad immediately and enjoy!
Feel free to customize the salad by adding grilled chicken, shrimp, or any other ingredients of your choice. You can also garnish with additional Parmesan cheese or freshly ground black pepper for added flavor. By omitting Worcestershire sauce, the dressing will still have a flavorful base with anchovies, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. The Dijon mustard and lemon juice provide acidity and tanginess. Feel free to adjust the ingredient quantities and flavors to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy your Caesar salad with the modified dressing!
