black rice, also known as forbidden rice is an ancient variety of whole grain rice which is dark/black/purple in colour. When black rice is cooked it turns dark purple. Black rice gets its dark color from the antioxidant called anthocyanin. It’s the same nutrient that is found in many purple-colored fruits and vegetables such as blueberries and eggplant. Black rice is very nutritious. It’s high in antioxidants, protein, and fiber and is a good source of iron. Black rice is gluten free. Whole grains are ideal for those with health issues like thyroid, pcos, and diabetes. The outer bran in the rice is the reason why it takes longer time to cook. Generally 1:2 ratio is ideal, if using small quantity then 1:4 is ideal. Also, it depends on the type of rice you are using and way you are cooking it. I noticed that this particular rice needs 2 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup black rice. Black rice has much lesser calories but is high in fibre, so ideal for weight loss and weight management.

Ich habe noch nie so leckeren Fisch gegessen Zartes Rezept, das im Mund zergeht!

Kein Wunder, dass dies eines meiner absoluten Lieblingsrezepte ist. Cremige Käsesauce mit Spinat und Tomaten ist unglaublich cremig und lecker. Alle lieben dieses Rezept und ich freue mich sehr, wenn ich es für die ganze Familie zubereite. Ich mache das oft für Freunde und Familie, weil sie es wirklich genießen. Das Kochen ist sehr einfach, also kann es jeder machen. Folgen Sie einfach den einfachen Schritten und voila, das Abendessen ist fertig und alle sind glücklich. Probieren Sie dieses einfache und leckere Rezept aus und sagen Sie uns, wie es Ihnen gefällt.

Rezept und Zutaten

In 4 Stücke schneiden.
Haut entfernen.
Über die gesamte Fläche verteilen.
Drehen Sie den Fisch auf die andere Seite.
Eine Bratpfanne erhitzen.
Legen Sie den Fisch in eine Pfanne.
Auf beiden Seiten anbraten.
Bei starker Hitze.
2 Minuten auf jeder Seite.
Fisch aus der Pfanne nehmen.
12 kleine Tomaten.
Zum halbieren.
2 Knoblauchzehen.
Mit einem Messer hacken.
Spinat 400g.
Portionsweise in die Pfanne geben.
Den Spinat 3 Minuten braten.
Tomaten mit Spinat weitere 2 Minuten braten.
Mit gehacktem Knoblauch würzen.
Und 1 TL. getrocknete Frühlingszwiebeln.
Sahne 250 ml hinzufügen.
Rühren und 2 Minuten braten.
Käse 40g.
Parmesan 1 EL.
Legen Sie den Fisch in eine Pfanne.
10 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze braten.
Kein Wunder, dass dies eines meiner absoluten Lieblingsrezepte ist.
Ein sanftes Rezept, das im Mund zergeht!
Die Spaghetti kochen.
Kinder mögen diese Option sehr.

Never have I ever eaten such delicious fish Tender recipe that melts in your mouth!

No wonder this is one of my all-time favorite recipes. Creamy cheese sauce with spinach and tomatoes is incredibly creamy and delicious. Everyone loves this recipe and I am very happy when I make it for the whole family. I do this a lot for friends and family because they really enjoy it. Cooking is very simple so anyone can do it. Just follow the simple steps and voila, dinner is ready and everyone is happy. Try this simple and tasty recipe and tell us how you like it.

Recipe and Ingredients

Cut into 4 pieces.
Remove skin.
Distribute over the entire area.
Turn the fish over on the other side.
Heat a frying pan.
Put the fish in a pan.
Fry on both sides.
In intense heat.
2 minutes on each side.
Take the fish out of the pan.
12 small tomatoes.
To cut in half.
2 cloves of garlic.
Chop with a knife.
Spinach 400g.
Add portions to the pan.
Fry the spinach for 3 minutes.
Fry tomatoes with spinach for another 2 minutes.
Season with chopped garlic
And 1 tsp. dried spring onions.
Add 250 ml of cream.
Stir and fry for 2 minutes.
Cheese 40g.
Parmesan 1 tbsp
Put the fish in a pan.
Fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.
No wonder this is one of my all-time favorite recipes.
A gentle recipe that melts in your mouth!
Cook the spaghetti.
Children really like this option.

Recette et ingrédients

Couper en 4 morceaux.
Enlever la peau.
Le sel.
Répartir sur toute la zone.
Retournez le poisson de l’autre côté.
Le sel.
Faites chauffer une poêle.
Le beurre.
Mettez le poisson dans une casserole.
Frire des deux côtés.
Dans une chaleur intense.
2 minutes de chaque côté.
Sortez le poisson de la poêle.
12 petites tomates.
Couper en deux.
2 gousses d’ail.
Hacher avec un couteau.
Le beurre.
Épinards 400g.
Ajouter des portions dans la poêle.
Faire revenir les épinards pendant 3 minutes.
Faites frire les tomates avec les épinards pendant encore 2 minutes.
Assaisonner avec de l’ail haché
Et 1 c. oignons de printemps séchés.
Ajouter 250 ml de crème.
Remuer et faire frire pendant 2 minutes.
Fromage 40g.
Parmesan 1 cuillère à soupe
Mettez le poisson dans une casserole.
Faire revenir 10 minutes à feu moyen.
Pas étonnant que ce soit l’une de mes recettes préférées de tous les temps.
Une recette douce qui fond dans la bouche !
Cuire les spaghettis.
Les enfants aiment beaucoup cette option.

Chilli Fish | Chilli Fish Recipe | Restaurant Style Chilli Fish Recipe | Chilli Fish Chinese Style | Chilli Fish Recipe Indo Chinese Style | How to make Chilli Fish | Chilli Fish Dry Recipe

Ingredients for Chilli Fish:

Boneless fish cubes- 300 gms

Marinate with:
– Salt- 1/2 tsp
– Red Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
– Lemon juice- 1 tsp
– Ginger garlic paste (watery)- 1/2 tsp

Batter/mix to be added to marinated fish cubes:
– All purpose flour/maida- 1 tbsp
– Cornflour- 2 tbsp
– Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
– Egg white- 1
– Salt- a pinch

– Garlic, chopped- 5-6 cloves (2 tsp)
– Green chillies, thinly sliced- 2
– Spring onion chopped- 2 tbsp
– Onion petals- 1 small white onion
– Green pepper/capsicum cubed – 1 cup

Sauce mix:
– Red Chilli Sauce- 2 tbsp
– Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
– Soy sauce- 2 tsp
– Vinegar- 1 tsp

– Cornflour slurry- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
– Oil- for deep frying and 1 tbsp for sautéing

– Wash and cut the boneless fish into cubes, pat dry.
– Marinate the fish cubes with the items mentioned. Mix well and set aside for 15 mins.
– Add the items for the batter to the marinated fish cubes and mix well.
– Heat oil in a pan/wok for deep frying (180 C)
– Fry the fish cubes in hot oil till golden. This should take around 3 mins(heat can be reduced to 160 C)
– Don’t overcrowd the pan & fry in 2 batches.

– Chop the garlic, spring onion whites and greens.
– Slice the green chillies, cube the green pepper and take out petals from 1 small white onion.
– Prepare the sauce mix.


– Take a wok/kadai and heat 1 tbsp of oil.
– Add the chopped garlic and spring onion whites. Give a stir.
– Now add the sliced green chillies, mix & sauté for 15 secs.
– Add the green pepper & then the onion petals. Sauté on high heat for 30 secs.
– Add the fried fish cubes, mix and keep sautéing on high heat for another 1 min.
– Now pour in the sauce mix and mix it well to coat the fried fish pieces.
– Add the cornflour slurry & mix it well till it dries up and coats the fish pieces.
– Add some chopped spring onion greens, mix and serve hot.
