Paleo Basics & Beyond | Paleo Tips, Ingredient Swaps, Guides, Recipes from America's Test Kitchen

It’s all here! ➜ https://www.americastestkitchen.com/guides/paleo

America’s Test Kitchen’s Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster introduce paleo basics.

Recipes include Paleo Snacks, Paleo Breakfast, and complete Paleo Meals:
https://www.americastestkitchen.com/guides/paleo/paleo-recipes

Here in the test kitchen, we’re always looking for new challenges: recipes and techniques that will test our skills and make us better, more knowledgeable cooks. And although we don’t usually concern ourselves with diets in the traditional sense of the word, there was something about the paleo diet that intrigued us—the focus on whole foods, the emphasis on cutting out processed junk foods, and the importance of cooking at home. The widespread popularity of paleo made us think that this was more than just a trend—there seemed to be room for the test kitchen to contribute and add value. Our online guide to paleo distills more than a year of research and will function as your guide to successful paleo cooking in the home kitchen. Plus, we show you exactly how to spiralize like a pro!

America’s Test Kitchen is a real 2,500 square foot test kitchen located just outside of Boston that is home to more than three dozen full-time cooks and product testers. Our mission is simple: to develop the absolute best recipes for all of your favorite foods. To do this, we test each recipe 30, 40, sometimes as many as 70 times, until we arrive at the combination of ingredients, technique, temperature, cooking time, and equipment that yields the best, most-foolproof recipe.
