Yesterday I had a protein shake and an energy drink throughout the day until dinner where i had lightly seasoned 4oz steak with broccoli. Even eating that amount of food made me feel fat as hell. The struggle is real.

I started with meal plan since july 2022. Skip breakfast. Lunch around 12.30 : 40 gram rice, green vegetables, salmond. And dinner at 19.00 salads and chicken or beef and somerimes with dessert. No snack. Only coffee sometimes with milk, tea without sugar and water. I loose weight, sleep well and feel so good. I do exercises daily

Coconut oil is 80 to 90% SATURATED oil. It is not healthy at all. Use olive oil instead. It's best to stick to monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fat sources

Ive been exercising and eating healthy the past few days and i've felt great! But today I took a break day and now I feel just as horrible as I did before I started eating healthier and exercising. All I ate today was junk food and laid in bed all day.

NOTE: I was told my a nutritionist that coconut oil is NOT good for consumption. It has high amounts of saturated fat and can raise cholesterol levels. So if you are trying to loose weight I don’t think that’s what you want. Coconut oil can be used for hair and skin, but NOT for eating. So maybe try other options.

really 3 to 4 days I freeze my jucie. for 2-6 months. I use celery, apples and lime and lemon juice, i add 2 lemons. I add 34 pieces of blueberries.

I made my first 32 oz juice today with carrots, beets, celery, zucchini, 2 organic apples, 1 garlic clove and a piece of ginger. Over Ice!
It was yummy but unfortunately it wasn’t a meal replacement I was hungry soon after so I had a bowl of potato salad.

Very inspiring as always. I am looking to incorporate juicing in my life so that I could maintain my lost weight as well as be able to consume some normal food/fibre as well to keep it feasible for life. I am thinking something like replacing 2 meals with juices and eating normal food once a day. I am also worried about constipation. I wonder ppl who juice cleanse for months, isn't constipation an issue with them? Could you please speak about this specially how much, what can be consumed? Thanks
