Hi, Josh! Can you do a couple of meals for people who have acid reflux? It's more challenging to come up with new ideas, because the amount of trigger ingredients is EXTENSIVE!!! I would love to see your take! Thanks!!

Added to favorites specifically for the relatability of "make sure your fire alarm goes off it adds to the flavor development. I'm going to tell myself that from now on.

"healthy food is expensive" – the only ppl who say this are people who have never looked into it at all. here in the UK, healthy food is cheap as fuck if you make it. the only expensive stuff is like organic or whatever other bullshit

What kind of pan is that in the first meal?

I find the key to healthier is making it from scratch (usually easier than most people think) basically no premade meals where they've added all sorts of things to preserve it for you. But in addition, by not getting most of the ingredients premade, but instead making each element yourself, you tend to end up cheaper, especially cheaper than eating out because healthy requires ingredients to be as fresh as possible for them, which in America adds to the cost. So eating healthy and cheaper just means making most things for yourself with fresh ingredients instead shopping through the premade section at the store.

Loving the videos! Your video team (or if you’re filming it yourself) is amazing. Please please give a kitchen tour! Would love to see how you organise everything, as well as your appliances and stuff!

Not saying he advertised it as weight loss but I think it needs to be clear that these are not necessarily weight loss recipes they are healthier and you’d likely feel better but the calorie count is fairly high. Still great alternatives!
