– almond pulp from one round of almond milk (or any other nut pulp)
– 1/2 cup coconut sugar
– 1/2 cup nut butter
– 1/4 cup coconut flour
Bake 350F for 12 minutes or until golden underneath

Thai Basil Chicken
– 6 chicken thighs
– cauliflower rice or rice of choice
– 1/4 cup thai basil
– sprinkle sesame seeds to top
– 2 cups broccoli

sauce:
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 tbsp coconut aminos
– juice 1/2 lime
– 1 tbsp tahini
– 1/4 tsp ground ginger
– 1 tsp maple syrup

What I mean by realistic is that I do go a little extra and put in more effort for my other meals videos because I try to make them more presentable, but today’s video is a more relaxed version as this is literally what I would make on a daily basis.
