I thought the original Revolution Rolls recipe used cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. In fact, cream cheese is specifically NOT allowed in phase 1 of the Atkins diet. Thanks for the video, though!

Does it really matter how you fold whites into yolks or yolks into whites as long as it worked? I hate cooking/baking (anything in the kitchen) but if I can find a recipe for 'breadless' bread for sandwiches, I will find a way to make it work to my tastebuds.

Curious. I am not a chef nor even a mediocre cook, but I don't get all the chatting about folding the yellow into the white, I tried the recipe the way she did it and it turned out looking as good as hers and tasting great. How much better would they have been if I had done the folding the "correct" way? Would it change the taste? or the look of the bread?

I thought the original had cottage cheese

Great lesson how NOT to fold yolks into egg whites

It does sort of look like a Yorkshire pudding but sooooo much easier and a LOT fewer carbs. It looks like a twist on cloud bread and I appreciate this twist very much! Thanks!

I did some with Italian seasoning they needed some flavor. I wanted savory not sweet and didn't have garlic powder they were ok. not the texture I was expecting. I'm going to experiment though.

This is not the original recipie. The original used beaten cottage cheese or ricotta which is not as heavy as cream cheese. Fold yellow mix into white and your "bread" will hold shape like a hamburger bun.

Yes loss the fluff played with it to much

For folding the whites and yolks~ when combining use a wire whisk to keep the mixture light. Thanks for posting!
