Bolth my perents have late onset type 1 and grandpa has type 2. I'm kinda addict to sugger and was made to just eat whatever because I had a wierd stumich thing as a teen were I lost so much weight I was at 75 pounds and almost died. Now I'm 108 and still need to try to gain weight but I'm having blood sugar issues on too of that. Past few nights I tested way higher then my normal ( have a meter due to hypoglycemic episodes since I was a teen). And I'm worried I'm close to getting late onset type one or type two. I'm wanting to really change up my diet to eat healthier it's just super hard to give up sugar since I'm constantly craving it but I've already cut out soda to only once a month so I hope I can do this before it's too late.

A very beautiful lady.. I had my blood work done last week.. I was waiting for a bus to go to the movies and I was eating a cup cake from a store that specializes in them on Good Friday. The Cell rang and my test results were in.. She said– Your cholesterol is off the charts and you are a full Diabetic.. I was shocked. I'm 67 on the 28th and I would of never thought this would happen.. I quit smoking in 1990, I quit Coffee three years ago.. No the new challenges lay ahad.

Its not just sugar content or carbs its fat in your food saturating cells so that they dont allow sugar in and out hence the sugar stays in your blood. Give up fried food, white bread ,orange juice burgers pizza basically all crap food. Dont drink calories like soft drinks with sugar only zero sugar drinks. Dont eat processed meats like ham, salami etc. Dont add sugar to coffee , tea etc. Dont eat biscuits muffins cakes eat 80% dark chocolate as a treat. Avoid beer, cider instead drink spirits. Eat foods like Avocadoes. prawns grass fed beef in small amounts. You will feel a lot better. By the way Covid 19 can cause spike in sugar levels…the plot thickens
