Looks like nice recipes, except salt is not Paleo compliant. Flavoring w/o salt can be challenging. Great quality video. 😀

I don't know why your vid does not have more views and likes. The quality is very pro and the food looks great. Paleo is an awesome life style change. Have been doing it for the last 4 months and went from 265 to 215. Getting better all the time.
