A little olive oil or avocado oil and some butter in a cast iron pan will make a juicy burger without all that other crap in it.

First he said sirloin, not the best meat for this, should be chuck. Then he lost me at 92% lean. There will be nothing juicy coming out of THAT kitchen. Then he added salt to the mix. A real chef would know that doing so would cause the meat to release myosin, which in turn makes the patty sticky and gluey like if were a sausage patty. You season BEFORE you cook, not while prepping the meat. This guy just made bite size meatloaf. Terrible!
