All of the past successful populations of the world survived primarily on starch. The ones that did eat meat did so sparingly. Take a look the United States and noticed that 2/3 of the people are overweight and/or obese. This is because of the high fat foods which includes meats and especially all oils, and all dairy products. It’s also the source of most human health diseases as we age. Look at “the China study“. Ignore the people debunking the China study because there are thousands of people Who has followed it by adapting their diet to primarily starch and they cured almost all of their illnesses. Dr. John McDougall, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. T Colin Campbell, and many many many many more doctors are figuring this out. These doctors have the best job in the world because they cure their patients. They don’t make as much money as other doctors because they don’t have repeat customers, but they know the truth and follow it.

Erm, who controls science? The ruling elites. Who’s corrupt af? The food, pharmaceuticals, herbicides & pesticides, alcohol & tobacco industries! GMO’s, MSG’s, Aspartame, “E” N•’s, processed foods, saturated fats, refined sugars. Too much starch and fructose, corn syrup. The banking cartels. I’m eating 250-300grams of a protein a day , which is a lot, around a kilo of meat a day, I can’t eat anymore and either gaining or losing weight at 73 kgs, 178cms. I eat a heap of fruit and veggies so getting heaps of carbs…paleo is so good it’s given me abs, I’m trying to gain as well, I do lift 3 days a week and ride to work..but am never hungry, if anything I feel full

The reason people think the Palio diet is bad is because America has brainwashed us to believe that carbohydrates are essential when actually most of Americas income comes from carbohydrate growers like wheat. This is why most of America is fatter than the rest of the world and they die earlier than most 3rd world countries they have brainwashed their people otherwise their economy would crumble due to the lack of income from the carbohydrate market, I went on the Palio diet and after two weeks I was the healthiest and freshest I've ever been in my life
