It is similar to Atkins in that they are both ketogenic diets, but LCHF as it is known is much higher fat especially during weight loss phases and focuses on real food and food quality too. 4 cups spinach, raw
2 oz sharp cheddar cheese

So glad I found your channel. I'm watching your videos for motivation. I'm about to start induction tomorrow for 2 weeks. I find it difficult since you have to incorporate like 10g of carbs from veggies and i don't eat veggies that much but I'll be willing to lose some weight ~

It really is this simple. That is the reason I developed my Youtube channel because I knew if I could cook these recipes then certainly anyone could. Plus how could you go wrong when you start with great ingredients like bacon, cheese, butter, etc.

You are right, american dont have a clue. They under the impression fats are bad so they cut them out of the diet while still keeping the carbs, and all it's doing is just making them eat even more. Everyone things low-fat is the way to eat healthy, while more and more people are having heart attacks w/ their cholestoral rising. If they changing their eating habits and just ate bacon and eggs for breakfast instead of pankcakes and pasteries it would change all that.

That is a logical fallacy that the fat you eat somehow gets incorporated untouched by the body. That is the reason you have enzymes in your body. No more than eating spinach means you have green bits of spinach in your blood. The foods you eat are broken down as part of the digestive process into their components.
My arteries are clean as of my arterial scan (CCA), and my cholesterol scores are great.

Leave some bacon grease sitting in the pan for about an hour and then check out the solid white waxy substance you will then be filling your arteries with. Try doing this with just a tiny bit of olive oil and then you may have something.

The flavor of the whey protein does come out in the final product. It's mild, but it's still there. I am not a huge fan of chocolate whey, so I haven't personally tried it in either the regular donuts or the bacon donuts. Of the two, I would suggest trying the regular one with chocolate first.
