Almost impossible to stay satiated without substantial fat intake and veg has very little fat. Humans have thrived by eating a diet rich in animal tissue for millennia. Vegetarian approach to diet is actually the fad (semi-starvation) diet that is nutrient deficient and yet to be proven. Nutrient dense grass fed ruminant muscle meat is the superior diet component … Ketovore!

The keto diet was not designed for losing weight. It was to help people control epilepsy.

I’ve been eating a mostly low fat and high carb diet for a majority of my life.
The last month I’ve been eating a ketogenic/carnivore diet and I’ve had
1 carb cycle/off day a week where I eat lean proteins and healthy carbs.
The scale is moving! I have over 100lbs to lose and I’m delighted to finally break the yo Yo of going up and down5-10lbs I’ve lost 20lbs so far and my legs and feet aren’t swollen anymore.

40% calories of carbs is NOT low carb. 20 gram of net carb is consider low carb. 20 grams times 4.5 calories per gram equals 90 carb calories per day. Which is 5% carb for a Keto diet. These results can not be extrapolated to Keto.

The thing is I feel so much better on keto.I don't feel hungry,I don't crave chocolate even on my period,my blood pressure is normal, acid reflux basically gone,I don't feel sleepy after meals and Im slowly losing weight. The feeling of well-being on keto is insane but at the beginning there were like 2 days when I felt really shitty. Then I read about magnesium and potasdium supplements and it helped me and also I sleep through the night like dead.

The Lancet Journal is a political organization that interprets medical data to fit their agenda. Ignoring them is the correct response.

Have you heard about ghrelin hormone…
Which can easily get manipulated by carbs…
Also, the carbs from plants and nuts you mentioned aren't pure carbs, they all contain fibre which decreased the side effects of carbohydrates…
There are a lot of questions that arise into my mind when you showed your research…
The research you mentioned is manipulated by companies like coke and Pepsi, to promote mindless consumerism

What about the studies from Dr Ken Berry, Dr Weston, Dr Sten Ekberg, and Dr Fung just to name a few, they also say the people who supposedly eat a plant based diet in other parts of the world do eat some meat.

Animal meats and fats are far superior for human health. Plants and grains will keep you alive…. but they're horrible for you long term

My nan ate everthing. She liked her cakes, sweets, meat etc and she always had things in moderation. She got to age 98 with no health problems. Everything in moderation.

The studies don't tell you the source of the foods meaning they're using the dirties vegetables, meats, fats etc.
