Neha is contradicting herself gosh what her clients are going through feel bad for them.
Pulses were never a thing in human diet till the agricultural revolution started, during hunter-gatherer times humans used to hunt or gather food directly from nature may be fruits animals(protein & fat) and nuts from the trees never pulses (which are basically grass seeds ) they were strong and super fit,
But now we are at the lowest levels of our fitness due to industrialization and capitalism greed where every item you buy from a store has sugar in it to make consumers hook to that product.
so Any diet without carbs and sugars is best and natural for the human body or any animal body.
In short carbs and sugars are not from nature they are made up things.

while keto did help me lose weight it always give me theses headaches, u say its normal but my doctor say otherwise. he put me into this diet plant which is agoge and i never felt better when on a diet. keto never is the best for everyone

This lady is talking nonsense. Keto is inclusive of almost all of the green leafy vegetables,animal proteins, eggs etc. Keto doesn't mean you go to zero carbs. It is simply about low carbs about 30gm per day approx. It is the selective Keto vegetables that have helped me get my father's sugar levels to manageable amount. I have switched to "Diabexy Atta" for chapatis.
His sugar level used to be about 250-280 before food and he needed insulin all 3 times (both short and long acting). Now it has been 2 months and he needs insulin once in a day because his sugar level has dropped to 110-125. Just imagine, from 250-282 to 110-125.
Keto is a blessing for diabetics.

The girl in the video has very little knowledge about how our body work. Just ignore her.
She even said T2 diabetic not producing insulin, in reality they have insulin and they developed insulin resistance.
Carb are just option for our body, while protein and fat are essential.

Keto saved my life … literally .. I was a type two diabetic with an a1c of 14.5 when I began … my A1C is now 6… it’s been 7 mos since I started … and my blood glucose is STILL going down daily… I’m dropping weight like a brick falling off a skyscraper … my vision which was horrible cleared up.. my leg cramps went away .. My eGFR went from 33 to 94… and my fatty liver is GONE ..whoot whoot

Many of my friends preaching a non veg dominant diets are just so much prone to diseases and they literally find a reason to accept that cancer was for granted to happen to them. Now they're romanticising it.
Trust me when you eat a vegetarian clean diet with proper fasting, you don't get any diseases and you might end up taking it for granted

I agree to disagree with the lady dietician here that keto diet is only fats and proteins… well, the amount of vegetables (cruciferous) that I have been consuming on a keto diet, I have never consumed with any normal diet. The antioxidants we get from berries and the fibre from the greens, keeps the digestion on track … it's just the most healing diet and I am saying this after trying almost every diet out there…

Just got out of keto fever, I did it in 2019 for three months and lost around 14-15 kgs as well, back at it again! I was doing cardio for 40min with medium weight training, I’m vegetarian with eggs. Trust me it is the best decision I ever took for my body for faster loss.

Rupali you need to read a little bit more about keto diet. You are absolutely wrong when you say that keto dite includes palm oil. In fact any seed oil and particularly palm oil is strictly forbidden in keto diet. Because all these oils are high in omega six. And excess of Omega six is not good for our body.

Another stupid nutritionist. I don't know why they can't accept that carbs are the culprit. Her knowledge is outdated.
I myself did keto and my health conditions improved, autoimmune disease, acne gone and hypothyroidism also gone and fat loss is only a byproduct.
And WHO (World Health Organization) is the most misleading industry that we have already seen during Covid and which is mostly funded by industrialists and these industrialists have heavy shares in Medical industry as well. So it goes like this. First they want you to eat only unhealthy carbs and then make u sick so that they can sell you medicines.
And they always ask where are the scientific evidences that high fat diet is good? So the answer is, they don't let these clinical trials go into public because then they won't be able to sell us Corn flakes, cerelac etc.
And she must do her studies again because the myth that saturated fat is bad was already busted long back.
I ate 20-30 whole eggs + 150 grams amul butter + 100 grams almond,cashews per day and I am still alive and infact I have become more healthy and my body cells have become more insulin sensitive and all the diseases are gone.
All thanks to keto,carnivore, high fat and protein diet and one more thing I followed when I followed keto, I stayed away from people like this doctor who were misleading me and we're threats to my health journey.
