It’s not a “fad diet” people. You’re teaching your body to use more efficient pathways. Food can be used as energy, rather than getting stored as excess blubber. Speaking of excess blubber – THAT can be oxidised and used as energy too.
Eventually you can reintroduce some carbs and you’re more likely to use them as energy too because you’ll be more insulin sensitive. Just don’t regress and start having hundreds and hundreds of carbs daily or you’ll have to start all over again
Went from 287 to 169 on this in 1 year. The hardest part of this diet is when u break it, not derailing completely. You can gain back 15 lbs in a matter of days if go off of it.
Have yet to be convinced that going into ketosis is medically safe. As, ketosis is a medical crisis… I am still in favour however with exercise and at least one day of carbs. As, was on the Atkins diet. For me as a Biomedical Scientist being in Ketosis 24/7/365 is not healthy. On Atkins diet it was 6 days off Carbs and one day free. Being in Ketosis full time, for me seems like being an Annorexic and very unhealthy. Because being in ketosis for a long time is bad for the kidneys. I'll try keto diet with exercise and at least one day of carbs. As, I don't want to ruin my kidneys 🙃

Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (if possible). Live pure and stop sinning. If you sin unwillfully confess and repent for none of us are perfect except Jesus.
Be obedient. Follow the spiritual laws: Love you neighbour as yourself and love God with all your heart, soul and mind.
Develop a relationship with God. Walk with him in the cool of the day….

that is a very bad idea. everything not natural is not good, we all need a balanced diet to maintain a healthy body, not eating carbo may be only for people who sits there all day long and not moving. For people who required physical strength to work everyday, we need lots of carbo as fuel. The criteria is we eat what we need, of course if you eat lots of sugar and not moving at all, that is bad. Not to say our muscles need fuel, our brain cells needs lots of glucose as fuel, without glucose, the brain cannot function. In the olden days when people needs to work physically using lots of strength all day long, nobody will have any problem eating lots of rice and bread since they will be used everyday, even a few bowls of rice may not be enough when people works in field growing crops. nowadays, lots of people sitting in front of a computer all day long without moving a muscle, surely eating lots of carbo will turn to something in your belly and butt.
