The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..
It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

▶▷For teenagers- It’s important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn’t mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week—that’s a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4)Protein to build muscles and organs

Ingredients
¼ c oil {like argan, jojoba, sweet almond/etc}
1 tb fresh organic jasmine flowers {optional}
¼ ts melted beeswax {for a serum consistency}
3-5 drops of: frankincense and carrot seed essential oil
Lavender essential oil {optional}

Instructions
To warm {not hot} oil, steep your washed flowers. Cover and allow to steep overnight in a cool/dark place.
Strain out the oil and add the melted beeswax. Add in ½ ts wax for a more lotion like consistency.
Heat both oil and wax quickly and gently to combine. You don’t want this to get too hot. It’s ready when the wax within the oil is melted.
Turn off the heat, cool slightly then add in your desired essential oils.
Whisk until it thickens.
Pour into a jar {amber colored is best} and store in a cool/dry place for up to 6 months.

1) for weight loss : at least 2 weeks with a diet meal
2) muscles strength & toned: Depending on the intensity and the consistency of your workout, it will take 4 to 8 weeks for your muscles to get toned.
