I was 4 minutes and some change into doing this hip opening and tears began to roll down my face out of nowhere. I felt an inward release from my past experience! This hip opening was such a W.

Thank you for sharing this practice with us, Caitlin. Looks like Hawaii and reminding me of my time living there. I might move back! Also, your dog is so precious to me. This was the first yoga practice I have done with you.

This was such a perfect hip stretch and release for me. I am returning to yoga after a long episode of depression and had just felt stagnant. This practice was exactly what my baby was needing. Thank you and I look forward to discovering more of your work 🩷

Can this work for me? My hips are so tight that I can sit crossed legged not very tucked anyway. I've been going through years of extreme stress with it going through the roof extreme the past 6 months.

Since my spine disc problems, did these exercises everyday for 2 months straight and probably my trauma in my spine is healing at this point, I love the trauma informed excercsies they helped me to release a LOT! If you have sciatica, bulged disc this will be great for you.
