This is a 15 minute yoga full body stretch.
Doing this yin inspired yoga class will help to deeply stretch the entire body while releasing tension and promoting relaxation.
You can do this routine anytime of the day however it is a great addition to ones bedtime routine to help improve sleep.
This 15 min yoga stretch will also help to increase flexibility over time.
Remember to listen to the body and never do anything that causes pain or uncertain discomfort.

Przepis na kotlety warzywne:
3 cukinie.
Sól.
1 cebula.
Oliwa z oliwek.
1 marchewka.
Zielona cebula.
Czerwona papryka.
Czarny pieprz.
Oregano.
1 ząbek czosnku.
1 szklanka kukurydzy.
1 jajko.
1/2 szklanki mąki.
Nasmaruj patelnię oliwą z oliwek.
Smażyć przez 3-5 minut na średnim ogniu.
Trzepnięcie.
Przykryj i gotuj przez kolejne 5-7 minut.
Usmażone placki układaj na ręcznikach papierowych, aby wchłonęły nadmiar tłuszczu.
Solony Sos Ogórkowy:
200 gr beztłuszczowego jogurtu.
2 czosnek.
2 ogórki kiszone.
Koperek.
Bardzo łatwa i zdrowa opcja na lunch!
