The success of youth political parties in Norway is greater than many other youth political movements but what has led to the success of these parties and why are they needed. Robin Stokke who has been involved in Norwegian youth politics for the past 6 years gives an insight into the vital role youth can and should play in the political sphere.
Robin is a student at UWCRCN from Kristiansund, Norway. Having grown up with frequent hiking and skiing trips with his family, Robin will take any excuse to spend time outdoors. After moving home to Kristiansund 6 years ago he involved himself in youth politics, a past time he decided to put on hold during his two years at RCN. His talk is based on his experiences and views on youth politics. He hopes to continue life as a student in Trondheim after the summer.
