200 lbs at 6'0. bulked too hard so I have some muscle but the love handles are showing up.

You starter โfatโ but clearly with AMAZING muscle memory. Strong. Obviously someone who worked out pretty hard in life and was accustomed to the gym. HATS OFF, BUT NO DOUBT, REGULAR OR SEDENTARY VIWERS, TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.

Love your workouts but too much time taking rapids nbewteen sets, anytime heart rate went up which is what we need for body fat it came back down with the amount of talking and demonstrating we did. Useless workout in the end.

Accomplished 20 minutes! Its alot of squats lol. Squats that i wasnt prepared for lol but 20 minutes is always better than none. Plus the added kettlebell weights help with a shorter workout!
