I'm thinking that next month, I'd like to start fasting, but on fast days, do a lot more working out, like two 60 min walks, a little lifting, yoga, then on non fast days, back to 1k calories and one walk.

Hey Wanhee, I just want to say I really enjoy your videos. So much so I even subscribed, and this is my only subscription. Personally since I’ve moved to Asia finding your channel is very helpful when it comes to eating healthy. If I could make a slightly selfish request. Could you make more videos of your day to day meals, your ideas, you cooking, you eating. It motivates me and gives me ideas when it comes to making healthy Asian meals. My weight is 80kg
My maint cal is 2595 cal
I eat 1565 cal with good fat and protiens
I consume 120 gm protein
But i do workout alternate days for recovery.
For example:
Monday chest
Tueday day off
Wednesday biceps
Thursday day off
And so on…….
Is this pattern of workout ok?
And is this much calorie deficit ok?
Bcz i can see i m loosing fat and muscle gain
