  Something that I learnt about BENZOYL PEROXIDE RECENTLY MADE ME QUIT THE INGREDIENT AND I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK NO MATTER WHAT AND CHOOSE A RETNOID INSTEAD.

  "The side-effects part? BP works its antibacterial magic by being a powerful oxidizing agent, meaning it is a pro-oxidant. As in the opposite of an antioxidant. BP literally generates evil ROS (reactive oxygen species) in the skin that kills P. acnes but also harms the surrounding skin cells. Ongoing BP-use ages your skin, which is why, we say, use it as a last resort. If you do use BP, please also use a good sunscreen and a good antioxidant serum to apologise to your skin (btw, these things are useful in any case). Use the BP treatment at night and the antioxidant serum in the morning so that they do not cancel each other out."

  As a guy I have very Sever hyperpigmentation on my skin and there’s hundreds of products with a lot having the same ingredients then it’s hard for me to know what products to buy and I don’t wan to spend a lot of money trying products.

  I know this video is 2yrs old but I just found it. I’ve been using her regimen for 2wks consistently now step by step. I’m using everything she used except the retinol, only because it’s prescribed. Omg let me tell y’all this has been a game changer for my skin!!!! My dermatologist had me on tretinoin and some type of antibiotic. My next option was going to be accutane. The tretinoin cream did help with the scarring but I was still having breakouts which was so annoying. I was skeptical at first to try this because I do have sensitive skin and she’s using so many products but I said what the hell I’m desperate 😂I’m not gonna lie the first few days did burn, and that scared me, so instead of applying the 10% benzoyl cream twice a day, I cut back to only at night. Worked like a charm! Now my skin is use to it so I’m back to twice a day. I’m just so excited typing this because my skin is really looking amazing now! Please try it if you’re on the fence.
