Oggi ti propongo una sequenza di Pilates Matwork con cui cerchiamo di scaricare le tensioni dalla zona lombare. Faremo una serie di esercizi per mobilizzare la colonna e le anche, e rinforzeremo addominali e dorsali, che ci permettono una postura corretta e creano il sostegno all’intera colonna vertebrale.
Spero che questa serie di esercizi ti aiuti ad alleviare i carichi dalla parte bassa della schiena e a sentirti più in controllo del tuo “corsetto naturale”. Torna a questa sequenza ogni volta che le tensioni si accumulano in questa zona: prenditi del tempo per allungare e rilassare corpo e mente.
Sentiti sempre liber@ di rallentare o fermarti se ne avverti il bisogno. Ascolta il tuo corpo.

Been doing this, plus the Daisy keech hourglass workout for two weeks. I don’t diet because I already eat well but I watch my portions (3 meals a day, no snacking in between unless I’m eating a fruit). I can confirm I have lost quite a bit of fat around my belly. However, because I work part time on weekends, I don’t do the workouts on Saturdays and Sundays (so altogether I have done 10 days of exercise instead of 14 in the two weeks). For me, process is slow because I struggle with loosing weight easily unlike others.
But yes, doing this also helps relive my muscles after standing for my 10 hour shifts. Really like her videos, because I’m not actually overweight or someone considered to be chubby, I don’t do hardcore exercises, I’ve just been easing myself into working out and doing stretches to be physically fit. her videos basically check all the boxes for a simple routine that doesn’t make me want to give up.

I literally shed a tear after doing this for 10 days, I'm not overweight just a bit chubby and I'm trying to slim down by around March because I want to try out for the cheer team, it's always been very difficult for me to loose weight, but with this workout and a calorie deficit, I've lost a little over three pounds in the 10 days! Ik that's probably not a lot to most people, but for me it's very exciting and motivating to see, thank you so much, Shirlyn!

day one: wasn’t that hard, gave me motivation!
day two: it got some what harder, didn’t see dramatic results but yeah.!!
day three: actually quite surprised, but I lost a bit of belly fat in my upper part of my stomach!! I was so happy. never give up!! (stopped two minutes earlier since someone had to shower)
day four: skipped today and did the le sserafim workout!
day five: did this in the afternoon but also with the le sserafim work out!
