okay it was a fine workout but i’m not working out to sweat i want to grow my butt and get abs and it didn’t make anything feel any different which other workouts do i’m really confused

Thank you, Nicole!! This was one of my fav's. It was a complete workout. It had a good core, thighs, {(without lunges), and arms. You make it easy to do a push-up by reminding us to utilize the breathing intervals. Thank God for the stretches at the end which help us get ready for the day free of tension. Thanks again.
