If you’re newer to the Muscle Building & Fitness Lifestyle you may experience Strength Plateaus. Meaning, you may see some initial results towards your Goals and then out of nowhere, the progress stops. This short video explains Seven reasons this may be taking place.
Now, this could be a combination of issues, but it’s important to understand that no matter what, beginner or not, CONSISTANCY IS KEY!! You WILL Improve over time! Don’t go too crazy with adjustments. You must make slight adjustments, and keep your goals in mind.
Do NOT drastically change everything at the first signs of decline or failure. Everyone goes through these things. I promise that your picture perfect idea of Fitness will NOT come overnight. You will need to switch things up over time. Improve here & there, add or subtract things from your regimen.. but as time goes on, you will gain information & learn your own body. JUST KEEP GOING!! Building Muscle Takes Time. Keep learning & keep trying.
