This is the best standing slim waist workout because it is super quick, low impact and highly effective. The exercises target your obliques (side abs) and also helps reduce the muffin top & lower belly fat.
It’s a standing workout so you don’t even need any space or a yoga mat and it’s super silent!

THIS WORKOUT IS PRE- AND POSTNATAL FRIENDLY (if your doctor cleared you to exercise)

After a quick intro I will not be talking throughout the video so you can enjoy the music and focus on your body. There are no breaks in between exercises so you get super sweaty!

Try doing this 10 min workout everyday for the next 14 days to see amazing results! Yes, doing it once is better than never but consistency is key to see long lasting results!

Please note: nutrition is also super important if you want to lose fat! It is also easier to lose fat overall instead at one body part only. So consider incorporating also some strength and cardio workout into your routine. Check my channel for workouts: https://www.youtube.com/fitwithsally

Rock, Paper, Scissors Fitness Battle is a very simple activity for students as a whole class fitness warm-up or instant activity or part of stations/centers. Students find a partner and do RPS, which they then use the results to determine which exercise they need to do. A very engaging way to practice fitness skills. It can last about 10 minutes as a separate activity.

Seated Exercises for Older Adults

fitness No Comments »

As we age, physical activity helps us attain our goals, maintain our functioning and promote comfort. In addition, routine exercise can help reduce arthritis pain, improve mood, sleep and blood sugar control, as well as affect memory.

This video includes both balance and strengthening exercises, which can prevent falls and hip fractures. This video is appropriate for those older adults who cannot stand or who need support when standing.
