I never thought I could do Zumba. I only did a lot of walking exercise. Since I discovered this video a few days ago, I’ve been following d dry morning. It’s an excellent work out for me. I live the music and the moves, especially all your smiling faces. Thank you so much guys❤

Hey for beginners like me don't forget YouTube has a way to change the video SPEED! It will help you learn the routine if you slow it down and then try again at 100% or even 75!

First time here! I was confused about the feet movements a good 50 percent of the time… I told myself no matter what, just keep stepping! Currently trying to claim my own self and peace back while living with an abusive roommate. Thankfully my fiance lives with me as well, but it's still a nightmare. Hopefully I'll be back tomorrow!
