A result cannot be scientifically valid, only the interpretation of the data can be scientific.

Would've been good if they'd tested his cholesterol/blood pressure/blood sugar. Seems weird that they did an MRI but not a blood test.

Ive been eating this kind of food every day all my life and I dont get fatter I'm the same. And I don't feel hung over. No constipation either. Just 2 times a day. and 4 times snack. By the way this person just had no discipline with his new diet. If someone does eat like a monster on your previous diet they'll still gain weight. It's just these processed foods have more calories than eating a leaf all day. And do you really enjoy eating that?

News flash, if you eat too much junk food you get mentally and physically unhealthy: who wouldβve known??? Moderation is key ;-;
