I love this channel, thank you Hampton. I mean. Eating 1200 calories for 6 months did help me lose 10+ kg, but 1200 calories is so little…. I'd love to eat so much more T_T I actually started doing Pilates and strength training recently, we'll see how that goes 🙂

80% is diet for losing weight as well. People just expect since they’re doing physical activities, they can lose a lot of weight but then eat tons of junk food

Even when I was 56 kilograms my body fat was around 28% with very less muscle, now post delivery my bmr is 1500 with 34% fat, I lost 10 kgs but just lost 6% of body fat, I really need to gain some good muscle

This isn't entirely accurate. Every 1lb of muscle you build is only an extra 6-10 calories burnt a day.
