@16:30 the one time on yhe show where the Dr had to convince the patient to do the surgery. Usually the patients are the ones begging and pleading.

Please never restrict the amount of food your kids are allowed to eat!
Just make healthy food and they will eat excactly as much as they need on their own!

Fair play to you brother, I love to hear that a person starts losing the weight through the enjoyment of exercise and develop a new type of love without the surgery. Plus he's very switched on knowledge wise and has a good support network behind him. I understood Dr. Now sees many addicts slip back but far worse when they do and bust the stomach sleeve/staples open through habital overeating. Also a healthy patient doesn't make money for the doctor lets bare that in mind too. But Dr. Now seems passionate about his patients health.

This is elite levels of discipline. 36 years of awful habits, mental self sabotage. See how he put complete accountability on himself? Doesn't blame others. What an outstanding chap. He's literally saving his life ❤

For most people who are morbidly obese, weight loss surgery is probably the only way to lose so much weight but there is no reason why Chris can't do it. Everyone is different.

Beautiful story how he motivated himself and his entire family was happy and willing to help and benefit together. Sometimes all you need is a little push. I pray he meets all his goals 🙏🏻❤️

No letting your kids eat until their full is normal i grew up where when your hungry you ate and we all played sports or active outside lived in the country what their problem is eating past full , bored they eat sad they eat for things in life they must face , they dont they food as drug and like drugs if you abuse them it will end in death , so eat right exercise do cardio like a nice walk get a dog to walk with him so not alone but stay busy drink H2O
