I loved that she was so honest and took responsibility for her weight. However I can see how it all began, bless her.

I kinda doubt she really lost 250 pounds as the doctor claimed. They chose long black clothes for her outfit to hide the weight. And despite the massive claimed weight loss, she doesn't walk any differently than before. I might be wrong here, but TLC hasn't got the best track record with reality. That being said, as a qualified arm chair philosopher and trained elite keyboard warrior, I don't know jack about anything. So please correct me if I am wrong.

Very revealing how many of these patients have their problems rooted in childhood trauma. I really hope they were getting proper psychological care in addition to the physical.

No matter how much you weigh how much it hurts everyone is beautiful I've lost over 100lbs in a year its not easy and shouldn't be done because of somone else do it for yourself take your time don't over do it if you can only do 10 minutes of exercise at first do that don't force yourself to the limit like I did you can hurt yourself. I was eating 1-3 times a week and walking 15-30 miles a day I still have 70lbs to loose till I'm ok with my weight but I won't force myself to the limit like I was. You are beautiful no matter what

My uncle is probably for 450+ pounds but he he doesn’t try to help himself. I mean all he does is sit around the house and watch cooking videos on YouTube sitting in his chair which is pretty much a couch, But it’s a chair to him. If I sit in it it’s a couch he sits in it is a chair, so give you some idea how big he is. He won’t lift a finger to do anything for you unless it’s food related Sad ass shit 🤦🏼♂️ 🤦🏽♀️ and if you tell him you got something from Hardees or McDonald’s he jumps up like he just won the lottery. That’s the only time he’s active is when it has to do with food Hell He won’t even walk across the yard to his mom‘s house who lives on the same property. But he’ll walk to the kitchen and cook a 6 course meal he even cooks big meals at 3 am in the morning because he says he needs to eat when he takes his medicine. I cannot live like that. I don’t care. I would atleast try to help myself out. I’ve been battling a opioid addiction for awhile and I’m over 3 1/2 years clean right now & eating sex gambling & or shopping is an addiction And I can see that. But you got at least try to help yourself get Better ❤️🩹. & he doesn’t even try
