In this workout you will be working for 90 seconds and complete two rounds for every circuit. Be ready to transition from 1 exercise to the next as we have 3 exercises per circuit and then we will rest before completing the second round of them. Then to close it out we will revisit each move for 10 seconds from top to bottom to sprint to the end of the workout. Have some fun with this one!

These ending inspos always make me think hard about life and what we say to ourselves while looking in the mirror or when we are disappointed in the outcome of something we’ve tried. Failure isn’t what we’ve been told it was…. I mean yes it means that we didn’t succeed the first time it just means we need to approach it differently the next time.
